Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, children, and families. My passion lies in walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and begin their healing journey—meeting them right where they are, with compassion and without judgment.
I believe that healing happens in safe spaces. That’s why I work to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. I consider it an honor to sit with my clients, hold space for their stories, and help them reconnect with their strength and resilience.
I specialize in working with clients who are healing from trauma. Whether it’s recent or rooted in generational experiences, I believe trauma recovery is a journey best taken with the support of a safe, professional guide. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs, I’ll help you build the tools necessary to heal and move forward.
In addition to my clinical work, I’m currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, with a research focus on trauma and intergenerational healing. My long-term mission is to expand awareness, understanding, and treatment of generational trauma—especially within underserved communities.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me enjoying the outdoors—traveling, hiking, biking, or working out. I also love spending quality time with my family, friends, and my dog.
